Martin and Associates designed this program for middle to senior level professionals with at least five years of experience who are ready to take control and advance their career and job performance. As our clients develop their real leadership style, we emphasize techniques for creative and strategic thinking, communicating strategic vision, and developing results-oriented teams. This is an advanced program and requires three to five months of individualized coaching. The length of the program varies based on the client and client company's mutual goals. Intermediate Leadership Coaching This program is designed for middle managers with two or more years of experience who are considered up and coming leaders. The program provides extensive opportunities for individuals to develop successful results-oriented leadership behaviors as they discover their authentic leadership style. Allowing these aspiring leaders the opportunity to get it right the first time benefits the company's bottom line and builds loyalty with the company’s valuable employees. The cost of losing future leaders is too high a price in today's competitive environment. The program offers individualized coaching and is completed generally in three months. Group Programs Discovering Your Authentic Leadership Style This program is an entry level leadership program and is designed for middle managers who are ready to become more self aware professionally and personally. Participants discover their unique professional behaviors, interests, and abilities, and learn how the information relates to their career goals, particularly in the initial phase. They begin to understand their authentic leadership style and how to apply it in their work setting to achieve results. Elizabeth A. Martin and Associates designed this program to include five group work sessions and two private coaching sessions. Assessment instruments will be selected for each participant based on a private interview session. Participants will work together as a group and privately with their coach to learn how to apply their leadership style. The program is limited to 10 participants to provide a quality learning experience for the group. The Art and Science of Collaboration. This program is perfect for individuals who are responsible for leading a collaborative business project and who want to produce and exceed their business goals. Collaboration can be an extremely powerful process when executed and managed with a blend of art and science. Participants discover how to successfully operationalize the collaborative process. This program consists of four working sessions and is limited to 14 participants. Each participant receives two additional private coaching sessions to insure application of their authentic leadership style.   Team Building the Successful Way This program is designed for middle and senior level professionals who have direct responsibility for building teams. This program focuses on building and launching effective teams, right out of the shoot. Participants learn how to build it right the first time. Elizabeth A. Martin and Associates' approach to this program is unique and proactive. Our participants learn the art and science of effective team building as it relates to their authentic leadership style. This program consists of four working sessions and is limited to 14 participants. Each participant receives two additional private coaching sessions to insure application of their authentic leadership style. Women Make Great Leaders This program is designed specifically for business women who want to discover and develop their authentic leadership style in a learning environment that is designed just for women . We understand that businesswomen often miss the opportunity to learn from and with their female colleagues. Bringing businesswomen together to share the pursuit of achieving career goals can be a powerful and rich experience for each woman.   This program consists of four working sessions and is limited to 14 participants.
